Can I book the same day?
Yes—based on availability. We always recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist, but our team will do everything possible to accommodate last-minute requests.
Do you offer group bookings (simchas, bridal parties, events)?
Absolutely. Our concierge team specializes in coordinating group appointments, ensuring each guest receives luxury service on schedule. Please contact us in advance for customized planning.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans change. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment are fully refundable. For cancellations within 24 hours, a fee may apply. Rescheduling is always welcomed based on availability.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards securely through our Stripe system. Your card is required to confirm a booking and will be charged only after your appointment is completed.

Our core service area (Lakewood, Jackson, Toms River, Howell) has no additional fees. For appointments outside this area, a small travel fee may apply
